| Are you a registered waste carrier? | Yes we are licensed waste carrier and broker. You can check with the Environment Agency. Our registered number is EAN/964113. |
| Do you buy items? | We sometimes buy items. Please contact us for further detail or a valuation. If we can sell it then we will pay you for it. |
| Is a house clearance ever free? | There are rare occasions when the contents of the house will cover our costs. Please feel free to discuss with ourselves upon enquiry. Our aim is to find a mutually beneficial agreement. There are costs involved in the disposal of the clearance items but it will always work out cheaper then hiring skips to perform the job. You may have a mixture of saleable goods and waste. In such cases whether we pay you or charge you depends on the balance. |
| Do you do Office and commercial clearances? | Yes we do office and commercial clearances on a regular basis. |
| Do you perform Probate Valuations? | Yes we do. With over 10 years in the business we can advise you of the value of the estate being disposed of. |
| Will you come and have a look before quoting on the clearance? | If we feel it necessary to get you a fair and accurate quote then sometimes it may be necessary to inspect the job first. |
| Where do the contents go? | They generally go to a variety of destinations which may include recycling centres, charity shops or resale. We try to find a use for as much as possible. |
| What happens to personal paperwork, photos etc...? | Paperwork will be securely disposed of. Any items you wish to keep will need to be removed prior to the clearance or marked for transport to another location. |
| What vehicles do you use? | We use Luton Transit vans which have a 3.5 tonne load capacity. When necessary we may also use other smaller vehicles. It depends on the particular job we are doing. |
